مهم ترین اثرات کافیین: – کافیین دارای اثر تحریک مرکزی مشابه با آمفتامین است که خستگی را تقلیل داده و تمرکز و هوشیاری را افزایش می دهد. – دارای اثرات نیرو زا می باشد. – گلیکوژن مهم ترین منبع انرژی برای ورزشکاران بوده و ذخایر گلیکوژن برای افزایش زمان تمرین ضروری است. کافیین با وارد کردن اسیدهای چرب در خون شما سرعت مصرف گلیکوژن را کاهش می دهد. – کافیین دارای اثرات ضد درد بوده و عهمراه با سایر ترکیبات دارویی بکار می رود. – کافیین سبب بهبود علائم بیماری دیابت نوع دوم می شود. – کافیین به کمک خصوصیات تاثیر بر عروق (قطر رگ ها اثر می گذارد) ، میگرن و سردردها را تسکین می دهد. مصرف کافیین برای ورزشکاران امکان افزایش زمان و نیز شدت تمرین را فراهم می کند. مهمترین اثرات تائورین: – تائورین می تواند از آسیب بافت ها و در برابر واکنش های انفجاری تنفسی که در هنگام فعالیت های شدید جسمانی و فکری بوجود می آید، جلوگیری نماید. – تائورین دارای اثرات کاهش دهنده کلسترول و کاهنده فشار خون می باشذ. – فعالیت سم زدایی تائورین ناشی از اثرات آنتی اکسیدانی و تثبیت غشایی آن می باشد. – تائورین مقاومت به انسولین را کاهش می دهد و با این مکانیسم در افرادی که دیابت نوع دوم دارند، قند خون را کاهش داده و در هنگام فعالیت های جسمانی و فکری باعث افزایش انتقال گوکوز لازم توسط انسولین به درون سلول ها می گردد. تائورین با دو مکانیسم باعث افزایش قوای جنسی در مردان و زنان می گردد و در درمان آندروپوز بکار می رود. با تسهیل ورود و خروج یون های پتاسیم، کلسیم و منیزیم در انتقال پیام های عصبی نقش کلیدی داشته و در افزایش تحریک پذیری جنسی موثر است. ویتامین های ب-کمپلکس: ویتامین های ب کمپلکس موجود در قرص در نگهدارای و تنظیم مکانیسم های اصلی بیولوژیک نقش اساسی دارند و نقش حیاتی در استقامت جسمانی ایفا می نمایند.

هر دو محصول از جمله مکمل هایی می باشند که در افزایش انرژی میتواند تاثیر بسزایی داشته باشند. سترولئین موجود در stimol می تواند در تولید نیتریک اکساید جهت بالا بردن انرژی و نیز دفع آمونیاک از بدن نقش بسزایی داشته باشد. مصرف یک ساشه از این محصول روزانه توصیه می شود.

اما مشکلی که وجود داره طبق اطلاعات موجود در سایت داروکده این قرص باید جویده شود ، اما واقعا قابل جویدن نیست و من با آب و به صورت عادی مصرف می کنم . آیا به این صورت مشکلی ایجاد می شود ؟ و همچنین در بر چسب روی شیشه قرص نوشته شده با آب میل شود

خیر. در صورت عدم جویدن مشکلی پیش نخواهد آمد ولی در صورت جویدن اثربخشی بهتری خواهد داشت. البته حق با شماست و روی بسته بندی جدید نیاز به جویدن محصول قید نشده ولی در بسته بندی قدیمی درج شده بود.

Choose anywhere between 3 and 36 months – the total cost of your device will be the same. Changed your mind? No problem. You can flex your data allowance up and down, once a month. And if you fancy upgrading, just pay off your Device Plan at any time and choose a new tablet. Find out more.

Unlocking an O2 mobile to use on a different network

If you’re on a Pay Monthly tariff, you can ask us to unlock your phone or tablet at any time, for free.

This doesn’t affect your contract though – you’ll still need to see out the rest of it, depending on your device and tariff.

The only way to unlock your phone or tablet is by using My O2 online or via the main menu of the My O2 app. Once it’s unlocked, we’ll text you to let you know.

If you’ve got an iPhone or an iPad, you’ll need to connect it to iTunes once you’ve put a non-O2 sim into the device. iTunes will then tell you the phone or tablet is unlocked.

For all other phones and tablets, you’ll get a text from us with an unlocking code. Simply enter this into your device and follow the instructions.

If you’re on Pay As You Go, your O2 phone or tablet can be unlocked at any time, for free.

The quickest and easiest way to unlock your phone is by using My O2 online or via the main menu of the My O2 app. Not registered for My O2? Sign up now. We’ll text you to let you know when we’ve unlocked your phone.

If you’ve got an iPhone or iPad, you’ll need to connect it to iTunes once you’ve put a non-O2 sim into the device. iTunes will then tell you the phone is unlocked.

For all other phones and tablets, you’ll get a text from us with an unlocking code. Simply enter this into your device and follow the instructions.

If you’re the main account holder you can ask for your devices to be unlocked at any time, on us.

Don’t forget you’ll still need to see out the minimum term of your contract, even if you place a non-O2 sim into your phone.

To ask for your phone to be unlocked, you’ll need to complete our online form.

If we accept your request, we’ll email you within seven days with the details on how to unlock your phone.

If you’ve asked us to unlock an iPhone or iPad, you’ll need to put a non-O2 sim into the device and connect it to iTunes. iTunes will then tell you the phone or tablet is unlocked.
