اگر همزمان با مولتی ویتامین ول من از داروهای دیگری استفاده میکنید ممکن است اثربخشی ول من تحت تاثیر قرار گیرد. این وضعیت ممکن است باعث تشدید اثرات جانبی شود و یا حتی تاثیر ول من بر بدن را از بین ببرد. اگر از داروهای دیگری استفاده میکنید اعم از ویتامین ها و داروهای گیاهی؛ پزشک را در جریان بگذارید تا در پیشگیری و مدیریت تداخلات دارویی شما را راهنمایی کند.

موارد منع مصرف ول من:

در صورت داشتن هر یک از موارد زیر از مصرف ول من پرهیز کنید:

داشتن حساسیت نسبت به مولتی ویتامین ول من یا سایر مواد

خونریزی و یا لختگی خون

اگر از سولفونامید آنتی بیوتیک ها استفاده میکنید.

توصیه های ایمنی

در صورت فراموش کردن مصرف دارو : اگر متوجه شدید مصرف دارو را فراموش کرده اید هرچه سریعتر آنرا مصرف کنید؛ در صورتی که به نوبت بعدی مصرف دارو زمان اندکی باقی مانده است از مصرف داروی فراموش شده صرف نظر کنید و مصرف دارو را طبق برنامه پیش ببرید. اگر بصورت مکرر مصرف دارو را فراموش میکنید از تنظیم آلارم استفاده کنید و یا از اعضای خانواده بخواهید مصرف دارو را برایتان یادآوری کنند. در صورتی که تعداد داروهای مصرفی فراموش شده زیاد است جهت نحوه صحیح جبران داروهای فرامووش شده به پزشک مراجعه کنید.

سوء مصرف (اووردوز) : دارو را بیش از مقدار تجویز شده مصرف نکنید؛ مصرف دارو به مقدار زیاد تاثیری در سرعت بهبود علایم بیماری نخواهد داشت بلکه ممکن است موجب مسمومیت و بروز عوارض جانبی جدی شود؛ در صورتی که مشکوک به اووردوز هستید به اورژانس مراجعه نمایید و جهت کمک به پزشک در تسریع درمان جعبه دارو را همراه خود داشته باشید.

داروهای خود را در اختیار افراد دیگر قرار ندهید حتی اگر شرایطی مشابه با بیماری شما داشته باشند.

شیوه صحیح نگهداری دارو: دارو را در دمای اتاق و به دور از گرما و نور مستقیم نگهداری کنید؛ از قرار دادن دارو در فریزر خودداری کنید؛ دارو را دور از دسترس کودکان و حیوانات خانگی نگهداری کنید.

از ریختن دارو در مسیر فاضلاب ( دستشویی و یا سینک ظرف شویی) خودداری کنید زیرا ممکن است باعث آلودگی محیط زیست شود؛ در مورد نحوه صحیح دفع داروهای بلا استفاده با دکتر داروساز صحبت کنید.

Difficulty in swallowing tablets is quite a common experience. Vitabiotics have researched this extensively and recommend after chewing some food (e.g. banana), just before you swallow, pop the tablet into your mouth and swallow it together with the chewed food, followed by some liquid. The throat opens up wider to swallow the chewed food and so the tablet should go down with greater ease. Alternatively, the tablets may be swallowed with thicker liquids such as yoghurts or smoothies.
