– عدم استفاده در بانوان باردار و خانمهایی که بچه شیر می دهند
– عدم استفاده در اشخاصی که دچار فشار خون بالا هستند
– عدم استفاده در بیمارانی که مشکل قلبی عروقی دارند
– عدم استفاده در اشخاصی که مشکل پرکاری تیروئید دارند
– عدم استفاده در اشخاصی که صرع دارند
عوارض قرص ریلایف
اگر از قرص ریلایف استفاده می کنید در صورت مشاهده علائم زیر از ادامه مصرف خودداری کنید:
– اگر پوستتان دچار خارش شد
– اگر در عملکرد دستگاه گوارشتان اختلال به وجود آمد
– اگر دچار اختلالات روده ای شدید
– اگر سردرد و سرگیجه به سراغتان آمد
– اگر حس کردید بی دلیل عصبانی می شوید
– اگر حس کردید گوشتان وزوز می کند
– اگر بی خوابی به سراغتان آمد
– اگر مشکل تاری دید, ضعف, زردی و خواب آلودگی گریبان گیرتان شد
بعد از قطع مصرف دارو علائمتان را با پزشک در میان بگذارید و برای رفع مشکلتان و ادامه مصرف ریلایف از او مشورت بگیرید.

مصرف در بارداری و شیردهی:
ایمنی از قرص‌های امداد رسانی یا relief در دوران بارداری و شیردهی ثابت نشده است
در موارد زیر از مصرف آن خودداری نمایید:
– قرص relief به کودکان زیر ۱۲ سال توصیه نمی‌شود.
بیماران مبتلا به فشار خون بالا، بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی، هیپرتیروئیدی و صرع و موارد – اختلال عملکرد شدید کبد از استفاده ریلایف اجتناب کنند
– در بیماران تحت بیهوشی با cyclopropane، هالوتان و دیگر هالوژنه به عنوان بی‌حس کننده در صورتی که به هر یک از مواد تشکیل دهنده حساسیت دارید استفاده نکنید.
در صورتی که هنگام استفاده هر یک از موارد زیر را مشاهده کردید از مصرف ریلایف خودداری نمایید. خارش پوست ، اختلالات دستگاه گوارش، اختلالات روده‌ای، سردرد، سرگیجه، عصبانیت، خارش، وزوز گوش، بی‌خوابی، تاری دید و سایر واکنش‌های چشمی، ضعف، زردی، سطوح بالای ترانس، خواب آلودگی
این دارو می تواند اعتیاد آور و در دوز های بالا کشنده باشد.

مقدار و دستورالعمل ها برای استفاده: بزرگسالان و كودكان بالای ۱۲ سال : یك قرص هر ۸ ساعت در صورت لزوم. و یا با نظر پزشك استفاده شود. این مسكن بسیار قوی شبیه به یك قرص كاملا معمولی مثل استامینوفن می باشد كه خیلی قوی تر است. پس به شما پیشنهاد می كنیم در صورتی كه دچار هر دردی هستید از این دارو استفاده نمایید تا به شكل كاملا معجزه آسایی دردتان به پایان برسد.

Pharmacist Michael Line says the best treatment depends on the severity of your symptoms.
The first port of call should be a once-daily oral tablet. The active ingredient will either be loratadine or cetirizine – these shouldn’t cause too much drowsiness.
Look for a supermarket own-brand version or generic brand (found in discount stores). These are usually even cheaper than pharmacy own-brand versions. The active ingredient – loratadine or cetirizine – will be stated on the box.
When we checked prices, using Mysupermarket data, we found that prices of cetirizine and loratidine tablets varied wildly, from as little as 4p for generic versions, to 43p for the branded option.

A 14-tablet pack of Tesco loratadine (13p a tablet) is three times cheaper than a 14-tablet pack of popular brand Clarityn (39p a tablet). It’s also less than half the price of a pharmacy own-brand tablet, such as Boots loratadine tablets (29p a tablet).
Piriton is one of the most popular branded tablets containing cetirizine. It costs 33p-43p a tablet depending on the pack size. A pack of generic cetirizine is just 4p a tablet at Poundstretcher. At Sainsbury’s it’s 14p a tablet, and Boots own-brand version is 29p a tablet (all 14-tablet packs).
The PAGB – which represents the manufacturers of branded OTC medicines – said:
“Manufacturers invest heavily in years of research and new product development, often being the first to bring new medicines to market. While 20 years may be the standard length of patent for prescription medicines, this is not the case with OTC products. It is exceedingly rare for new OTC medicines to have any form of protection on entry to the market. Other companies are then free to make their own versions, and as they don’t bear the original development costs they can sell it at a lower price.”

If oral tablets on their own aren’t working, you can try a steroid nasal spray, such as Pirinase, Beconase, or Boots allergy barrier nasal spray – which you can get from the pharmacy or on prescription. These can also help to relieve watery and itchy eyes.
As with tablets, you can save money by going for an unbranded nasal spray, but the ingredients in different types are less directly comparable.
Steroid nasal sprays are different from decongestant nasal sprays, such as Sudafed. Decongestant nasal sprays might be useful for a short period of time to relieve congestion, but shouldn’t be used regularly as they can cause symptoms to get worse.
If your eyes are still feeling itchy and bothersome after trying oral tablets and a nasal spray, you can also try using antihistamine eye drops. Again, look out for own-brand or generic versions to save money.
It can take a while to find the right antihistamine for you, because some might be more effective for some people than others. Allergy UK also recommends that for treatments to be most effective, they should be taken regularly and not just occasionally on the worst days.
