سلام خسته نباشید .. مدت 2 سال هست که ریزش شدید مو دارم.. از انواع قرصها و شامپوها جهت متوقف کردن ریزش استفاده کردم. حتی داروی نورکرین آقایان ولی تاثیری ندیدم..!!! این ریزش مربوط به ژنتیک و ارث خانوادگی هم نیست.. به تازگی آزمایش های مربوطه رو هم انجام دادم. همه فاکتورها خوب بودن.. جای تعجب داره برای من این حجم از ریزش بدون دلیل..!!! امکان داره راهنمایی کنید

سلام،خسته نباشین.تار موهای من خیلی نازکه،یه زمان ریزش داشتم ولی الان نه ،پوست سرم چرب و ساقه موهام خیلی خشکه،،همش موخوره میوفته و 2،3 سانت آخر موهام همیشه خرد میشه.از انواع اقسام روغن و محلول دوفاز و…..هم استفاده کردم ولی اثری نداشت.الان هم از شامپو اکوفن استفاده میکنم با قرصش.میخواستم ببینم من برای جلوگیری و رفع موخوره و تقویت موهام و ضخیمتر شدن تار موهام از این قرص استفاده کنم بهتره یا از نورکرین یا استفاده همزمان این 2تا.ممنون

تندرستی » قرص‌هاي كلاژن مورد ستايش برخي از متخصصان پوست و مو و مبارزان با پيري زودرس و فعالان در زمينه سلامن پوست و مو و استخوان است، اما آيا واقعا اين قرص‌ها تاثيرگذارند؟

درنگ: کلاژن یکی از فراوان‌ترین پروتئین‌های موجود در بدن است و بخش بزرگی از موها، ناخن‌ها و پوست انسان را تشکیل می‌دهد.

این پروتئین از نوع پلی‌پپتید است و از ترکیبی از آمینواسید‌هایی مانند پرولین و گلیسین که معمولا در تمامی نسوج اتصالی، غضروف‌ها،‌ استخوان‌ها و پوست یافت می‌شوند، ساخته شده‌ است. نیکول اوسینگا متخصص سلامت پوست و مو معتقد است بدن به کلاژن نیاز دارد اما خود تولید آن را به عهده دارد و نیازی نیست قرص‌های کلاژن مصرف کنید یا پودر آن را به غذای خود بیافزایید. اما آیا تمام هیاهویی که برسر مصرف کلاژن وجود دارد یک دروغ بزرگ است؟

بدن انسان نمی‌تواند کلاژن زیادی به خود جذب کند از این رو گفتن اینکه مصرف قرص‌های کلاژن رشد استخوان و مو و سلامت پوست و مو را بهبود می‌بخشد،‌ نادرست است زیرا کلاژن در سیستم هاضمه تجزیه شده و به آمینواسید‌ها تبدیل می‌کند و از آنها در مناطق مورد نیاز بدن استفاده می‌کند و این به معنی شفاف شدن بلافاصله پوست نیست. با این‌همه دانشمندان ثابت کرده‌اند استفاده از قرص‌های کلاژن بدن را تحریک می‌کند تا کلاژن بیشتری تولید کند و این برای استخوان‌ها و مفاصل مفید خواهد بود.

بالا رفتن سن با کاهش طبیعی میزان کلاژن بدن همراه است و همین موضوع باعث افزایش استفاده از مکمل‌های کلاژنی در میان زنان شده‌است. تحقیقات نشان داده‌اند که استفاده از این مکمل در ساخت پروتئین رشد مو در بدن تاثیرگذار است، پروتئینی که مانع از ریزش مو و محرک رشد مو است و با پشتیبانی از فولیکول مو از سفید شدن آن جلوگیری می‌کند. همچنین کلاژن در درمان موهای خشک و شکننده بسیار تاثیرگذار عمل کرده‌ است.

تنها مصرف روزانه مکمل کلاژن کافی نیست. به گفته اوسینگا،‌ ویتامین C و کلاژن باید با هم مصرف شوند زیرا اگر میزان ویتامین C در بدن کم باشد میزان تولید کلاژن نیز کم می‌شود. هویج،‌ میوه‌های سرخ‌رنگ و کلم به صورت طبیعی میزان تولید کلاژن را افزایش می‌دهند. علاوه بر کاهش طبیعی میزان تولید کلاژن با بالا رفتن سن،‌ عوامل سبک زندگی مدرن مانند استرس، رژیم غذایی نادرست و اختلال روده می‌تواند توانایی کلاژن‌سازی بدن را نیز مختل سازد.

سه نوع کلاژن وجود دارد: نوع اول که ۹۰ درصد از پوست،‌ مو،‌ ناخن‌ها،‌ اندام‌ها و استخوان را تشکیل داده است. نوع دوم با غضروف‌سازی در ارتباط است و کلاژن نوع سوم در پروتئین فیبروس استخوان،‌ غضروف، تاندون‌ها و دیگر نسوج اتصالی حضور دارد.

داروی Dove Spa Strength Within بیش از پنج سال است که در تحقیقات بالینی گروه زبده ترین دانشمندان و متخصصین پوست و تغذیه در مکمل غذایی ضد چین و چروک بالینی به ثبت رسیده است . کار آن کاهش خطوط و چین و چروک استقرص evelle چیست

دانشمندان اعلام کردند که موفق به تولید یک قرص گیاهی شده اند که می تواند چین چروکهای صورت را تا ۱۰ درصد کاهش دهد.

قرص گیاهی که به تازگی توسط دانشمندان تولید شده با کلاژن سازی در بدن برای از پیشگیری از چین و چروک های زیر چشم موثر است و موجب می شود که پوست جوان بماند.

محققان اظهار کردند: این محصول ماهانه ۳۵ پوند هزینه دارد و می تواند جایگزین موفق بوتاکس باشد.

آنها با مطالعه تأثیر و عمکلرد این قرص را در آزمایشی با ۱۶۶ زن که به طور متوسط ۶۱ ساله بودند توانستند این نتایج را اثبات کنند.

در این آزمایش، زنان به سه گروه تقسیم شدند، گروه اول دوز پایینی از دارو و گروه دوم دوز بالاتری مصرف کردند و گروه سوم  به جای این دارو دارونما دریافت کردند.

پس از ۱۴ هفته دانشمندان چروک و پوست این افراد را با برداشتن قالب گرفتن از زیر چشمشان بررسی کرده و حتی نمونه های کوچک بافت را درنظر گرفتند. عمق چروک ها درمیان زنانی که قرص واقعی مصرف کرده بودند به طور متوسط ۱۰ درصد بود.

افرادی که «دوز» داروی آنها بالاتر بود بدنشان کلاژن بیشتری تولید کرده بودند. نتیجه این تحقیقات در مجله بین المللی علوم زیبایی منتشر شده است.

این قرص با نام «Dove Spa Strength Within» با حمایت شرکت داو تولید شده و برای فروش وارد بازارهای تجاری شده اند. قرص کاهش چروک صورت دارای ایزوفلاون های سویا، مواد شیمیایی گیاهان، آنتی اکسیدان لیکوپن، ویتامین C، ویتامین E و روغن های ماهی اومگا -۱ است.

وقتی زنان پیرتر می شوند و به سطح یائسگی می رسند، سطح هورمون استروژن آنها کاهش می یابد که این امر موجب می شود پوست کلاژن کمتری تولید کند، کلاژن برای پوست خاصیت نرمی و ارتجاعی ایجاد کند.  اکثر کرمهای ضد چروک روی سطح بالایی پوست کار می کنند و تأثیر آنها بسیار جزئی است.

اما دانشمندانی که این قرص را تولید کرده مدعی شده اند که مواد تشکیل دهنده این قرص موجب تولید استروژن بیشتر و در نتیجه کلاژن سازی پوست می شود. این امر چروک های عمیق را کاهش داده و از ایجاد خطوط جدید جلوگیری می کند.

The skin contains a large amount of vitamin C, but this amount decreases with age. Vitamin C is necessary for the skin and the rest of the body’s tissue to maintain its normal functions. Ultraviolet light from solar radiation also reduces the skin’s content of vitamin C. In addition, vitamin C is important for teeth and bones.

Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin which contribute to the protection of  the body’s cells against oxidative stress, which is partly responsible for the  normal aging of the cells.

Biotin, formerly called vitamin B8, is a water soluble vitamin which functions as a coenzyme and contributes to the body’s normal energy metabolism. Biotin helps to maintain normal skin, mucous membranes, and hair.

Zinc is an essential mineral with antioxidant properties. It takes part in about 200 different enzyme functions in the body where it contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and vision. The skin contains six percent of the body’s total amount of zinc and is incorporated as a stabilizing factor in skin cell membranes. Zinc is required for the formation of DNA, and the proteins used to produce hair cells and is also needed for the cell division leading to the formation of nails.

Selenium is an essential mineral and an antioxidant, which contribute to the protection of the body’s cells against oxidative stress. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of hair and nails. Hair and nails consists predominantly of keratin which is a protein.
