بیوتین ویتامین H یا همان ویتامین B7 می باشد و از آنجا که دامنه ی موارد مصرفی ویتامین ها معمولا تنوع بالایی دارد ، ممکن است در یک محصول عنوان نشده باشد.
مطالعاتی در مورد میزان جذب بیوتین همراه با کلسیم انجام گرفته نشده است.
بله مصرف این مکمل در کنار مکمل آناکپس که حاوی ویتامین های گروه ویتامین ب، زینک و سیستئین بوده امکان پذیر می باشد.

Biotin is involved in forming keratin, which is a key structural protein, and thus supports cell regeneration for the skin, hair and nails. However, the growth cycle of hair and nails is an extremely lengthy process. It is only after 6 months that any visible difference will be noticeable.

As a coenzyme, biotin contributes to protein metabolism. Biotin is required as an activator by specific enzymes. These enzymes play a key part in growing healthy skin, hair and nails.

Biotin – also known as vitamin H – is one of the water-soluble vitamins and cannot be stored by the body. For this reason, an adequate quantity of biotin must be consumed on a regular basis.

Take 1 Biotin S 10 mg FORTE tablet (equal to 10 mg biotin) once a day.

Active ingredient: biotin. Indications: Preventing a biotin deficiency.(Less than 0.2 mg biotin a day is sufficient to prevent a deficiency.)

The medication is composed of vitamin B and used as a supplement to promote hair, nail and skin growth. It works by preventing the deficiency of biotin.

Do not consume this tablet if you are allergic to any of the ingredients present in it. Before using the medication, tell your doctor if you are using any prescription drugs, non-prescription drugs, or other herbal and dietary pills and supplements. Also, inform if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding, or if you have any upcoming surgeries. Your doctor must know your history of medical problems, pre-existing diseases and current health conditions.

The tablet should be taken in doses prescribed by the doctor. Dosage depends on conditions such as medical condition, diet, age and counteraction with other medicines. Biotin tablet is a very safe medication, and it does not have any reported side effects. In case you experience any side effects, contact your doctor for immediate medical assistance.
