شرکت لابراتوارهای سينادارو از سال 1342 فعاليت توليدی خود را با Dopar با توليد قطره های چشمی تحت ليسانس شرکت P.O.S فرانسه آغاز کرد. اين شرکت به سرعت در ابعاد مختلف توسعه يافت و بتدريج با توليد داروهای ديگر تحت ليسانس شرکتهايی همچون Merrell toraude, Denver Chemical, Pharmaton, Aspro Nicholas توسعه يافت. اين شرکت پس از انقلاب و برحسب تصميمات هیئت مدیره فعالیت خود را با انواع قطره ها, محلولها و پمادهای استريل چشمی, اينهالرهای تنفسی, اسپری های بينی, قطره های بينی, ژل, کرم, پماد, لوسيونهای جلدی و آمپول ها گسترش داد. در سال 1394 با افتتاح خط تولید سینگل دوز برای اولین بار در ایران، کشور را از واردات محصولات تولیدی مشابه بی نیاز ساخت.
این شرکت دارای گواهی ه ( ISO 91 ) سیستم مدیریت کیفیت از موسسه توف نورد آلمان بوده و به واسطه دانش، تکنولوژی و توانمندی های خود موفق به دریافت گواهی ه های استقرار اصول بهینه تولید خطوط مایعات و نیمه جامدات و همچنین گواهی ه اهتمام به کیفیت از سوی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی ایران گردیده است.
در حال حاضر شرکت سینادارو با بیش از 45 نفر پرسنل کارآزموده و مجرب مشغول به فعالیت بوده و علاوه بر تامین نیاز داخل کشور مبادرت به صادرات محصولات خود به کشورهای همسایه نموده است.
همچنین سینادارو از سال 94 با رویکرد ارتقاء سطح دانش و همگام شدن با تکنولوژی جهانی ، پروژه طرح و نوسازی را در فضایی به مساحت 1، متر مربع که شامل محیط اداری، تولید و انبارها خواهد بود، آغاز نمود و تولید قطرههای چشمی و بینی با تکنولوژی BFS را در دستور کار قرار داد.
