For years, the RV industry has needed its own grill. Most campers lugged along a charcoal grill from a local store, used it for a week, and threw it away. In the past few years the use of charcoal has been banned from most state parks and private camps because of the potential fire hazard. This left campers the option of not only lugging around a gas stove, but an additional 2lb bottle in order cook. The RVQ II Grill is designed to hang on the side of an RV and work off the already onboard Propane. We provided an extrusion and a gas quick disconnect valve that was attached to the unit permanently. We then created a way to attach a frame to hold the grill and a hose connection in order to marry them together in one kit. We also threw in a bag to store all the parts when breaking camp. The RVQ (a product of the now defunct Vitco Industries, Inc.) has been a huge success and has been copied by many but never with the quality of our original grill. After several successful years, campers have been asking for a larger cooking surface and begging us to figure out a “Griddle System” so they could cook eggs and pancakes on their grill. We introduced the RVQ II in 24 with more cooking surface, a piezo starter, and, best of all, a large griddle. It is made for us exclusively by the folks who make all the George Forman Grills. It is now the Cadillac of all the RV grills in the marketplace today.Today, the RVQ II Grill is a product of Russell Products, Inc. We have great plans for the future including a stand to make the RVQ II more portable. We hope you enjoy your RVQ II!

Yes, the RVQ II Grill fits on the same extrusion and works off the same gas valve as the original RVQ grill. So, if you have the RVQ grill and order the RVQ II, your parts will fit.

No, gas grills such as Char-broil, Coleman, and Weber brands use hi-pressure valves. RV gas lines are plumbed for low-pressure. The RVQ II uses a special converter so that you can use it with your on-board gas on your Recreational Vehicle. We also offer a hook-up that allows you to use a propane tank if you want to take your RVQ II on a trip without your RV.

You can hook your RVQ II up to the 1lb screw-on bottles. We also have a hose kit that allows you to use the 2 and 3 lb bottles. So, you are free to take your RVQ II grill with you when you don’t drive your RV. Or, in between trips, you can hook it up to your deck. We offer the metal extrusion bars as a separate part so your grill can be set up for home use in seconds.

The RVQ II Grill is an enclosed grill so there is never any flare up. Almost no heat can be felt around the sides or on the lid of the RVQ II when the lid is shut. The RVQ II rests comfortably on the mounting bracket a safe distance out from the side of your RV and can be used without worry under your RV’s awning.

We offer the stand alone bundle for the RVQ II to allow it to be used on a tabletop or other flat surface. You’ll be able to use your RVQ II at football games, in the park, at the beachanywhere you go, your RVQ II can go right along with you!

Converted my neighbor’s portable gas grill so it could work off the propane connection on the side of his trailer. This works on the Blue Rhino or MasterForge portable grills from Lowe’s and the Brinkman portable grill from Home Depot which have a thread on fitting to attach the regulator to the burner tube. The Char-Broil and Weber Go-Anywhere grills don’t work with the valve I’m using as they use a snap on style regulator instead.
